Caritas Chamber Chorale will be presenting a Christmas Concert Series to benefit the Adorno Fathers’ St. Francis Caracciolo Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa. A freewill offering will be accepted to help support the salaries of teachers at the Mission’s Primary School in Goma. This school, run by the Mission, is free to area children ages three to 11 who otherwise would have no other access to schooling.
Directed by Barbara Sanderman, the Chorale will present the program entitled, And have you come with us to dwell? The program consists of a cappella sacred choral music for Advent and Christmas with some use of percussion.
The program will be presented here at St. Joseph’s on Saturday, December 3, 8:00pm.
