The family of the Clerics Regular Minor—Adorno Fathers, and the Catholic Church were blessed with two new ordained priests: Rev. Arjay Cecilio, CRM, and Rev. Emiliano Gutierrez Jr., CRM.

Father Arjay Cecilio, CRM came from the Parish of Saint Didachus of Alcala at Bagong Silang, Labo, Camarines Norte, Philippines where he also finished his primary and secondary education. Before entering the seminary and joining the religious community of the Adorno Fathers, he worked for a few years to earn a living for his family.

Father Emiliano Guttierez, CRM came from the business capital of the Philippines, Makati City. Being an active lay faithful in his Parish, he was a former member of the Knights of the Altar and one of the members of the Youth Ministry of the said Church. He also had few years of experience working in some well-known companies in Manila before he eventually responded to the call of God and join the Adorno Fathers Community.

Both of them spent their Philosophical Years of Studies at Holy Trinity College Seminary in Labo, Camarines Norte and finished their Theological Studies at Saint Francis Theological Seminary in Lipa City, Batangas. Eventually, they were ordained to the Sacred Order of Deacons at the Parish of Mary Mediatrix of All Grace by His Excellency, the Most Reverend Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales, Archbishop-Emeritus of Manila.

They were ordained to the Sacred Order of Presbyters on February 17, 2020, by his Excellency the Most Reverend Gilbert Armea Garcera, the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Lipa and also present was the newly ordained Bishop, the Most Reverend Alan Dialogo of the Diocese of Sorsogon, who is the former pastor of Father Emiliano in his parish back then.

Also present in the celebration were the priests of the Adorno Fathers from the Philippines, the United States and Italy. The Superior General of the Adorno Fathers, Reverend Father Teodoro Kalaw, CRM with Reverend Father Pierpaolo, CRM also graced the glorious event.

The celebration was also blessed with the presence of their families and friends who were all filled with joy and thanksgiving to God for giving them two new priests of the Church

Please, continue offering your prayers for these two new priests as they carry on the sacred mission entrusted to them by Jesus. So that in whatever they say or do they would always bring the love of God to many and give glory to His Holy Name in their ministry, so to sanctify the faithful, as priests of God and of the Church.
